Profile Building

Twelve months to become the applicant you want to be

Twelve months of mentorship before you apply.

This is for you if you plan to apply in a year or two, not this season. That extra time is the biggest advantage you can have, and most people waste it. They wait, then assemble everything in a rush two months before the deadline.

A good application is not written in December. It is built over a year, quietly, in the things you choose to do and the people who come to know your work.

Twelve dots, twelve months of work before you apply.

What we work on

Everything is shaped around you. We will not hand you a checklist and disappear.

We start with an honest assessment of your grades, work experience, English, and personal story. We tell you clearly what’s strong and what needs attention.

A realistic plan with dates: when to prepare, when to sit the test and what score you need for the programs you are aiming at.

Built and updated through the year, not written the week before. You always have a current version ready.

We help you build a profile you’ll be proud to share with admissions committees and future employers.

We help you figure out what to write about in your field and how to say it in a way that sounds like you. We regularly share ideas and review your drafts before you publish.

Where to submit, what editors are looking for and how to turn a university paper into something publishable.

Which online courses and certificates are worth your time and which add nothing.

Moot courts, competitions, pro bono work, clinics, student organizations. We help you choose the few that matter.

Summer schools, fellowships, exchanges and conferences you can realistically win. Several are fully funded.

Who is worth knowing in your field, how to approach them without it feeling awkward and what to say. It is a skill, and it can be learned.

Chosen early, not requested in a panic. We help you build relationships throughout the year so your recommendation letters come from people who know your work.

By the end of the year you know what your application says about you, because you have spent twelve months living it.

How the year runs

  1. Month 1

A full assessment and a written plan for the year, with dates.

  2. Every month

A call with us to review progress, solve what is stuck and set the next steps. Between calls you can write to us any time.

  3. Every three months

A deeper review of your progress. We look at what has changed, what’s working, and what needs to be adjusted. Then we refine the plan honestly.

  4. Month 12

We review everything you’ve built over the year and get you ready to apply, with a shortlist of programs that fit your profile and goals.

Fees

Write to us or book the free call and we will send you the current fee. You can pay in full or in three parts, and the price is the same either way.
