Feruz studied law at Tashkent State University of Law, took his LL.M. at Penn State Dickinson Law and built a legal career in New York from there.
He understands the part almost nobody explains: how an American admissions committee reads a foreign transcript, and how a degree turns into work once you arrive.
Along the way, he got a whole education of his own in how foreign-trained lawyers get licensed in the U.S.
